Francis Karl Transport Services Inc. ("FK Trucking", "we", "us") is the Personal Information Controller (PIC) for the data processed through this Transport Management System. Office: Blk 8A Lot 3 Cuenca St., Gran Seville Subdivision, Brgy. Banlic, Cabuyao City, Province of Laguna 4025.
We collect only what is needed to operate our transport services:
Personal data is used solely for transport operations — generating waybills, delivering shipments, capturing proof of delivery, and tracking shipment status. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Access is limited to authorized FK personnel (administrators and the driver assigned to a shipment). We may disclose data when required by law or in response to a lawful request from a competent authority. We do not share data with third parties for their own purposes.
We apply organizational and technical safeguards, including hashed (encrypted) passwords, role-restricted access so users only see data relevant to their role, and session-based authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Records are retained for as long as necessary for operational, accounting, and legal purposes. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
Under RA 10173 you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to object to processing, to correct (rectify) inaccurate data, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, to be indemnified for damages, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Export your Google Sheet as CSV, upload it here, review the preview, then generate all waybills at once. Each gets its own unique FK number.
Use these exact column headers. Required: sender_name and receiver_name. Watermark accepts COD or NON-COD (defaults to NON-COD if blank).
Tip: leave the sender columns empty to auto-fill the default sender (set in Settings). Rows with sender data keep their own.
Manage system defaults. Changes save to the database — no code change needed.
Client-booked deliveries (Rhenus, LOCAD, Maersk…) that don't use an FK waybill number.
Upload a client booking sheet (.xlsx or .csv). Pick the format that matches the file.
Up to 5 POD photos per delivery.
Records that share the same client and order/DR number. Open one to review or delete it — the system never deletes automatically.
Your password was reset by an administrator. Choose a new password to continue — you can't use the app until you do.
Pending requests. Approving sets the account to the temporary password and forces a change on the user's next login; it also signs that user out everywhere.
Upload a proof photo on a driver's behalf (e.g. from the office). Marks the waybill Delivered.
